What is High Pressure Processing (HPP)?
At Just Made Foods, we use High Pressure Processing (HPP) – also known as High Pressure Technology – to keep our Cold Pressed Drinks, Big Shots, and Smoothie Bowls as fresh and nutritious as possible.
Instead of using heat to preserve our products, we use cold water and extreme pressure (up to 87,000 psi!) to safely extend shelf life and maintain the goodness inside every bottle and bowl.
